Buy at funkyproject.pt and if you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it.
Don't forget that you have 15 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and make your return request.

Can I return my online purchase?

Yes, all purchases made at www.funkyproject.pt always allow you to change your mind and request a refund. To do so, the item must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

To Return just contacts us if you want a return label to put on the box (return has a cost of 4€ in Portugal and Spain and 10€ international orders) or if you prefer, simply send the item to:

Slam Atittude Lda, Estrada Consiglieri Pedroso, 71, Consiglieri Park Edificio F piso 2, 2730-055 Queluz de Baixo. You will receive a refund for returned items within 3-5 business days. If you paid by Ref MB, please send us your IBAN. If you chose any other payment method, the refund will be made in the same way.

What is the deadline for making a return?

If you wish to return the purchased product, you have a period of 15 days from the day you received the order (delivery date).

I got the size/item/colour wrong in my order, can I exchange it?

Yes, as long as the desired number is in stock. The first exchange of all items purchased without a promotion has a free reshipment. 

Can I return several different orders in the same shipment?

Yes, as long as they are properly identified by order number (in the case of an order on our website) or name (in the case of an order placed on social media).

How long does it take to receive a refund?
The refund takes between 3-5 business days
